I got a bag of cold and gross fries with the fry cartons thrown in on top. My chili was missing the onions and hot sauce. I rarely order from this store for this reason. The guys downtown get it right and it is hot and fresh evrytime.

I ordered onions on one sandwich and they were not there. I ordered pickles and onions on the other sandwich and they were missing. Also the fries were cold, soggy, and gross. We were greatly disappointed tonight

The workers didn't have the one I wanted, so I said my substitution. They also didn't have that, so instead made the original one with the chocolate frosty base instead with the apple crumble stuff added which sounds disgusting and not appealing at all.
