Our food was hot and tasty, and as ordered. I am docking one star because we did not receive any plasticware for my wife's biscuit and gravy, and my coffee was lukewarm and tasted like it had been reheated after being burned.

Spicy chicken sandwich patty was paper thin and cooked to a crisp. Chilli cheese fries lid was not on causing chilli cheese to be all inside of bag. Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag was thrown into bag messily with chilli, cheese, fries and nuggets just lose in bag.

I ordered a medium iced coffee and they gave me a small. Pretty sure my potatoes were a small as well. The chocolate iced coffee is never the same when I order it. Today they didn't even mix it up. The only reason I keep ordered from here is because I love their chicken biscuit, but this is starting to become ridiculous.

0/10. none of the food was fresh. the bread and chicken patty was hard. fries were old. chicken nuggets were a ok, they were the only thing edible.

It tasted delicious, the food was incredibly fresh and hot, they didn't skimp on the portions, and I would definitely order again. Their fries are seriously delicious, plus the spicy nuggs.
