Unfortunately Wendy's has fallen below what fast food used to be. That is pretty bad. We used to count on their food quality and consistency but they don't seem to care now. Many items never look like the photos so makes me wonder if training is not enough. Taste is not good and portions are small. I wouldn't order again after trying a few times.

it's the second time you guys forgot cheese curds and gravy for poutine. totally disappointed refund this for 30 dollers

Orders always wrong — cheese added, missing items, or wrong burger. Today I ordered a chocolate Frosty, got vanilla with no notice — just a note on the only napkin provided
won't be ordering from this location anymore

Be nice if had the option no ice in the drinks, be nice of the drinks were in the bag also sealed. Barq's® Root Beer (Cals: 270-530) thanks.
