Never had any issues before today with this store and we always do group orders from here, but my burger was soggy like it was dipped in water, lettuce was to be on burger , no joke the size of the piece of lettuce was no bigger then my thumb and it was brown and old the tomato was not on there hard only thing good was the strawberry lemonade even my co workers were missing things .

my Classic Chicken Sandwich was missing tomato and seemed to be the wrong chicken patty, possibly the one that's supposed to go on the bargain chicken sandwich. the Double Stacks in my Biggie Bundle both had no ketchup or mustard, and had mayonnaise on them which I did not order. my dasher did a great job, restaurant staff failed spectacularly.

Drinks were bad.
I called the store to ask them to make sure things were in the bag, and nothing,

No straw, no napkins, no sauce for nuggets, missing Chocolate Chunk Cookie and Sugar Cookie.
Spicy nuggets were hard and old. Fries were fresh tho
