the fries were cooked to perfection,soft tender and a bit crunchy but not too crunchy.the burger was tender and juicy and so good and the nuggets were soft tender and I ate them ina few minutes there too good to pass up

Medium frosty was more like a small, Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag burger was smaller than expected, Baconator® Combo burger was smaller than expected. Fries were hot & fresh. Drink & frosty were still cold & fresh

said they didn't have my order, yelled at my driver on the speaker, and when I called them and they actually told me the reason, the lady decided to have an attitude with me. may call again and speak to higher-ups, as this is my second time, 2 orders in a row, that the quality of customer service was poor. Wendy's is better than this.

ordered a Baconator® Combo to pickup when I got off, it was ready almost 10 minutes early; therefore it wasn't hot. I am use to eating cold food so wasn't bad, did expect to be able to taste the bacon, so lost a star for that.
