Everything arrived perfectly today no errors everything was packed neatly and no spills the food. Taste amazing as always.

I got the buy one get one free Spicy Chicken Sandwich and while my sons sandwich was great, my chicken sandwich was tough and chewy, dry, and the meat looked grayish in color. It felt as though there was gristle in every bite so 3 bites in and I fed it to my trash can and ate the chili I ordered that I was going to save for tomorrow. horrible taste and quality

They didn't have the grilled chicken and didn't offer a substitute and they forgot my Parmesan cheese and crunch topping and I payed over $26 for it all and it was literally a small container of lettuce

Fries was old and cold, the burgers was small burnt and sloppy made.

ordered large fry... it was only half full. I also ordered a large frosty and did not get it even though I paid for it and was not notified ahead of time that it was out of order. I would have canceled the meal if I would have know that. Also all of the food is cold.
