Third burgers have been downsized while prices go up. The picture of the burger I ordered is beautiful but what i got was a little burger with 2 pieces bacon . The fries had half or more little pieces hard as a rock. I hate doing surveys but had to do this.

My dasher, Gary did nothing wrong. I just wanted to let yall know that my fries were so salty I couldn't eat them I know I ordered later so I'm getting the last of some things. But I expected them to at least be hot. Again, it was raining so I don't know if that matters. My burger was good for the most part. At the middle of my burger it was like three Berger were stacked like a Venn diagram. I got a double but it was a 2.5. Also the bun was stale along the whole outer edge. My Frosty was normal and tasted great. It had melted a bit once I got to it so I stirred what was left into a milk shake and it was delicious. I made good with what I got, even though it wasn't what I thought I'd get.

the chili has definitely changed.. several beans and green peppers, spicier than before. i asked for sour cream and cheese. the receipt shows but not in the bag. my chicken sandwich was tiny and did not have lettuce. the fries were not fresh... tasted stale and i did not get ranch for my nuggets. the receipt was correct for everything, but the food was horrible. unfortunately, this was for my kid and he didn't even like any of it.

I ordered the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie™ Bag, with everything on the burger. They forgot the lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I paid $16 (door dash total after tax & delivery) for half of a burger.
