This is the second time the chicken nuggets were still cold. Not like room temperature or whatever they were cold in the middle. Our "Fries" barely had any, like we got all they had available or something but I would’ve rather have waited for fresh and completely cooked food than waste $.

They were out of the baked potato and the Grilled Chicken Wrap Combo tasted awful. The grilled chicken was brown & grey instead of white. My husband even said it tasted off. There also was more mayo and lettuce than chicken

They forgot to send one of the sandwiches, the other sandwich buns were HARD from being so stale, the crackers for the chili had been OPENED and crackers (with no wrapper) were all over the bag. And no straws.

missing the combo drink
they were out of stock on the Brownie Batter Chocolate Frosty Swirl™ but didn't have it marked that way in the app so the substitute was a soda. so I got a 5.99 soda. not satisfied with this experience
