I tried their Sunburst Melon Lemonade for the first time, and as a person who's a stickler with lemonades, I gotta say that was the best of the best!! Not to mention, they made my chicken sandwich exactly how I asked for it- which I greatly appreciate as well! And the cookie tasted nice and fresh, too!

I got a chili cheese baked potato from Wendy's and normally I really like them that have a decent amount of chili. This one had barely any chili on it can't even taste it and you can see all mixed up you can still see white potato and I think 1 bean. I'm not even sure if it has cheese. lol

I ordered a chicken honey biscuit, but i got a chicken biscuit with a hint of honey butter. The Breakfast Burrito with sausage and egg hardly had anything in it.

Missing & incorrect items. I'm a VIP DD Member of several years, use the app almost daily and RARELY require customer support. One Dave's Double® combo was sent without fries. Baconator® Combo was ordered WITHOUT ketchup on the burger and they included the ketchup but withheld the mayo. My son & his roommates are on the spectrum (which is neither here nor there) so texture, flavor and the disappointment of no fries is a big deal to THEM. Add that to this is my son's birthday and THIS is what HE wanted for his birthday meal. It wasn't the Dashers fault as they can't double check orders for accuracy. Door Dash was QUICK to rectify the situation and comp'ed the entire meal giving me $52 in credits. I used a small portion of the credits to reorder the incorrect/missing items.

They were completely out of chicken, so I was offered and given a cheeseburger instead. The burger/bun was so dry I drank half of my drink just to essentially wash it down. I appreciate the offer for the replacement, but a burger that wasn't dry would have been nice lol
