my 2 Classic Chocolate Frosty® were missing. everything else i received was delicious though. and the customer service was good and they are sending me my refund for the missing items. so overall a good experience.

Ordered a Grilled Chicken Wrap Combo and the amount ofchicjen in the wrap was embarassing. Ive had the exact same item at other wendys and the wrap was literally twice the size.

I usually like this Wendy's a lot, maybe just the time. But all the food this time is stale and old to an almost inedible amount. It's not like was made a few hours ago stale, the nuggets especially taste and look like they're days old. They're also a weird yellowish-orange kind of color, and I can tell they are the spicy nuggets I wanted - but there's barely any heat to them and it's like biting through a rock. Even the chili this time was very thickened and not fresh tasting. The orange juice is good, but kind of warm?

The burger was more of a bacon double cheeseburger than a baconator. With the name baconator, you'd expect more bacon, even though I got the smaller burger still should've had more bacon. It had maybe a slice on one layer and a slice on the other. Torn in pieces but yeah saying a slice is generous.

Baconator Fries barely had any cheese and were soggy... 2 strips of bacon and the Taco Salad was good But no silverware for nothing so very disappointed
