My food arrived luke warm due to the driver not being able to follow his gps. Probably because he was on the phone the whole time with a personal conversation (I heard him tell the girl on the phone 'don't say nothing for a minute' when he arrived). Even though the fries were cold, I can tell they had good flavor when fresh. I had been craving a juicy burger all weekend and the flavor hit the spot. I'm glad no onions were added, as requested, because they give me heartburn. I'm not sure if it was packaged sloppy or jostled around in the back seat of the car. I wish there was more lettuce, pickle, and tomato because I paid for fresh veggies. I didn't get any napkins or a straw with my order but I managed. I didn't realize this combo had two patties so the portion was very generous.

My french fries were stale and appeared to have been refried no salt, my burger had handprints in it where it had been smashed and it had been smashed so hard that the burger patty had ripped.

Most of the food was good. But the Cinnabon® Pull-Apart was hard, I could barely stick my fork into it, so I couldn't even eat. Very disappointed, I would not order it again.

All of my food was cold the Honey Buddy Chicken Biscuit Combo was not a honey butter chicken buscit is was a regular biscuit very dry !! I don't know what it is in the little container it's supposed to be French toast and it's not fries also was not fresh
