My entire order came cold. The crazy thing is it only took the dasher 10 minutes to deliver so that means the order was cold when the dasher picked it up. I understand the economy but most of the ingredients weren't fresh. I also bought a 4 piece chicken nuggets and had to pay extra for 1 bbq sauce! I don't expect much from fast food but seriously they could've done better.

The fries and chicken patties were cold and hard. Warming up the sandwiches helped, but overall, I think it was because they weren't fresh.

My order was a hot mess! I was missing part of my order. Everything I did receive was cold and some of the ingredients weren't fresh. I don't expect much from fast food but they could've done better.
