this was the perfect order. it was very small order but it was decent n good not soggy wasn't as fresh but it was good. the sauces as an ketchup mayo nd mustard didn't over power the burger at all just right amount of sauce n ingredients. well job done this time no items on burger missing as well low on salt like I like it. thank u

The FoodService Team rarely pays attention to details. EVERY order has something wrong or missing. But I prefer Wendy's fresh food so I give them chance after chance.
Today I ordered a Cobb Salad with Vinaigrette dressing... received Ranch dressing AND THERE WAS NO FORK (to eat a salad!) 🤦🏽♀️

I ordered a Big Bacon Classic Triple. It came with no bacon. This burger costs more than a regular Triple. Also, the cheese was unmelted and was placed hanging halfway off the burger. Solid job night shift!

Items were missing. Shorted one drink. They had no soda and sent a substitution. Missing condiments and on ine of the burgers 1/4 of the meat was missing. Overall quality from most places the last year has drastically decreased.

Forgot to put in the hamburger. Gave a 3 piece nugget instead of 4 and gave a kids size fry instead of a medium. Took over 30 minutes for 2 different dashers to pick up.
