The order was wrong. My double stack was supposed to have everything on it add mayo. What I got was a sandwich with only mayo added. No onion, pickle, ketchup or mustard. I expect my order to be right especially for delivery. I spend to much money to not have my order right.

I recently ordered from Wendy’s, and unfortunately the food I received was very disappointing. The meal was extremely dry and lacked any real flavor, making it difficult to enjoy or even finish. It didn’t seem to be prepared with the usual quality or seasoning I expected. Because of this, I wasn’t able to eat most of it, and I feel like the experience didn’t match the standard your restaurant normally provides. I’d appreciate it if this could be looked into, and I’d like to request a refund or some kind of resolution.

i got a sugar cookie for my sister and the middle of it was gooey like it was under cooked it was not fresh it tasted like it had been sitting out for at least 3 hours i would not order the Sugar Cookie
