I'm not trying to be petty or a Karen I promise, I had a great day overall and the meal was good don't get me wrong, but the Cheese Fries weren't even heated properly, the cheese seriously still looked like sprinkled cheese and it was boxed in the tiniest of containers that when I opened it some spilt, the old ones were bigger and actually a perfect size. And the Caramel Crunch Vanilla Frosty Fusion™ was literally just a vanilla frosty.. and on the receipt instead of writing "out of stock", I was given no explanation as it looks like they edited my order and put "NO Toffee pieces" "NO caramel sauce".. which basically removes lit everything about the item I bought.. I would understand if I was told they were out, the thing that upset me most was the Cheese Fries unfortunately, it was even melted or cooked to a edible extent, please do better next time, 6 PC. Spicy Chicken Nuggets were okay as usual. Have a great day

My chicken rap was poorly made, was loose and everything fell out when I opened it. My chicken was hard as a rock and barely edible. My baked potato was overloaded with cheese couldn't even see the potato.

The chicken was so over cooked and dry. That's not normal for any Wendy's chicken sandwich I've ever had. I always wonder if DoorDash customers get the shaft because they pay for delivery. Who knows?

The staff here informed me they didn't have my frosty and asked me if i would like a drink to replace it since it was a door dash order and after i told my dasher it was no problem i didn't want a drink and i was not upset they still took care of me and gave me extra chicken nuggets. Thank you for taking care of your customers!
