I ordered Asiago ranch chicken sandwich and it's so spicy even taking the breading off it was inedible. The chili had no meat. There was no ice in my drink. But the frosty was great. Wendy's you have to do better!

The store is slow and takes all day with order. I ordered food and waited over a hour and it still said it was being prepared. I only ordered 1 breakfast sandwich. This has happened multiple times.
