My coffee was very watered down and did not have a cover on the drink opening. Made me very uncomfortable and I didn't even drink it ! Poured it out after taking one sip

My chili didn't have the cheese and sour cream I ordered, the double stackers only had one patty each, and the two potatoes from the Biggie Bag were also missing. Very bad experience.
