I put my order in 10 mins before breakfast and when my dasher got there they had already packed up and had lunch out but were nice enough to make it for me anyway.

not even 1 star is worth it
the order was not like what we ordered, the Bacon Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag was a small burger with bacon, and cheese, no tenders. all the fries and other stuff I ordered was cold, it was less then 10 minutes between ordering and picking up, it shouldn't have been cold. the drink lids weren't on properly so we lost one in the parking lot. my husband went back in, counter person was sarcastic and refused to honor anything. we will never use Ponchatoula wendys again. very terrible service and food.
not worth the money we paid.

If I could post a picture of the baconator fries I would. It was cold cheese sauce plopped on top and literally a slice of bacon, not crumbled or chopped up, just laid across the top. Garlic fries were cold as always.

Forgot my ghost pepper ranch , and forgot my Chocolate Chunk Cookie. I ordered 2 of them and didn't get neither . Food was great but was the first time they forgot more than 2 items. Dasher was great but restaurant not so great
