This salad was old the chicken look like the crouton it was dry and it was not a whole chicken... 10 plus dollars for this are u serious

Why are they so hit and miss at this location? Sometimes everything is hot and fresh, and sometimes we get hit with strange things like a chicken sandwich being disassembled and provided with the patty separately from the sandwich itself(?) while the fries are cold, no straws are provided, etc. I wish consistency mattered more here.

Drink was perfect! But as far as my Baconator Fries, I got a handful of cold/hard fries. Where is the cheese and bacon!?!??

My grilled chicken on my wrap was very old and dry, so dry that it was dark and crunchy. All of the fries were old and stale and the nuggets were old. I very disappointed in this location.
