Big Bacon Classic® Double was hgreat. Fries are always good. 6 PC 6 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets were delicious. Everything was hot. My only problem & they are awesome is 1 of the Chocolate Chunk Cookies was crumbs. The other was fine. That's why the thumbs down. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Hamburgers dried out. Overcooked. Baked potato left out of order. French fried overcooked & hard. Cinnabon burned. Hard as a rock couldn't even pull any of it apart. Just like icing on an hockey puck. This would be funny except I paid for this crap & gave a tip to boot. Shame on Wendy's you've really gone downhill. I think White Castle is far superior than Wendy's has become. I won't ever try Wendy's again & won't recommend them ever to anyone. I wouldn't be surprised if this Wendy's will be shut down.

This store just doesn't care and can't get it right. They did not include the salad dressing for the salad and did not include sour cream for the potato, for which we were charged extra. The baked potato looked old,brown, and was smashed. It is dinner hour, and you would think it would be fresh.

This Wendy's has yet again pulled off a solid A++!!! Great quality, not one item missing or wrong, and quick without compromising freshness. We will definitely order again!

One can tell the difference between food that got cold from it taking too long to arrive from the courier, to the food being cold because the restaurant never bothered to even think of cooking your food. In this case, it's the latter. The cheese wasn' t even melted on my burger. Fries were old, stale, and also cold. And the nuggets were the same.
