Food has been very good. Unfortunately the last 2 times there was no straw for the drink. Still great food though

Ordered ahead to be delivered at a specific time, received my food 20 minutes early and it was cold by the time I could get to it because of that. Also gave me one singular napkin, and gave me the wrong dipping sauce, which I paid for extra. I consistently get my food too early from this restaurant.

For the first time out 1 of 5 orders dince Wendys opened, is CORRECT.
>YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES "AND" focus on CHECKING ORDER, before sealing it OR serving it.

This is the 2nd time ordering Wendy's Taco Salad that I love in Tampa FL. Not this NEW WENDYS!!
>2 times the staff did not put Wendys Chili with the Taco Salad.
This time 4got CHILI & SOUR CREAM!!! PLEASE MAKE SURE THE WENDY'S "Manager" knows the Staff are not filling the orders properly. Still waiting on a Wendys Taco Salad!!!
