never had a problem with service in store or constancy of orders through dash, 4.5 outta 5 sometimes it seems like the barqs rootbeer is turned down a little on the syrup, only reason it got a 4.5 otherwise it's always been great.

Did not receive part of order. Not sure who made the Baconator® , was not up to usually standard...Have probably had 30 of these burgers over the years and this was probably the worst one. burger was dry and the bacon overdone and looked to be 2 small pieces of bacon on the burger

so I ordered large chili with onions. to my shock there were THICK SLICED OF ONIONS as if they were sliced to go on a burger. there were 5 or 6 GIANT ONION SLICES in the bottom of the chili. it was GROSS GROSS GROSS. They were not even cut. they were round thick circles.of onions. UNEDIBLE!! We fished them out of the bottom and once removed there was only half a container of chili. whoever is supervising these people do not care if customers return. I will never again. barely any ground beef on top of that. the onions and amount of them were so strong that the flavor of what was left over was horrible. if I owned this franchise I'd fire everyone. coronavirus and lack of employees is no excuse for unedible food. if customers don't come back then you're killing your franchise

3 nuggets instead of 4, chicken was dry and stringy, got a small frosty instead of ordered medium and was mostly melted by the time I received it.

I order at 8:15 and got my food at 9:30. It was cold and fries were old. I got 1 slice of bacon on a Baconator® Combo!!!
I wont give wendys a 3rd strike
