ps the hot chocolate is very very wonderful, I've never had good hot chocolate from anywhere. here it's actually the most beautiful concoction, very good and not overwhelming in any way but hits you with wonderful notes of flavor you wouldn't expect and a creamier feel than any watered down thing I've had from even coffee shops. this is a really great place to get with generous portions of lovingly prepared food. try it fr.

Honestly, this is my favorite restaurant in Grand Forks. The food is fresh, warm, and flavorful. Everyone who works there is so kind. This hidden gem in the mall should be defended at all costs. You will not be disappointed. I love the fried plantains and Meat Pie especially. The Goat meat soup with Fufu or Rice was spicy and so so good. If you order on door dash they have even more amazing food than their menu for walk up. Seriously, don't sleep on this one. You won't regret it.

West African is one of my favorite places to eat, their food is all delicious, especially the Meat Pies. Their customer service is phenomenal and I have never had a bad experience

This Eru and fufu is very delicious. I've ordered this 3 times this week. The eru is filled with meat which is great. It is also a bit spicy but overall 10/10

#7. Palava Sauce with Fufu or Rice .
Palava sauce is tasty. strong flavor of dried or smoked fish with a spicy kick. Be careful, as there are pieces of fish, fish skin, and small bones. Fufu is a new experience for me. Texture and flavor somewhere between sticky bread dough and mashed potatoes. pulled it apart and dipped it in the sauce.

Basically fried doughnuts. comes with spicy dipping sauce. not bad.
Just Rice
It's rice. just plain rice. nothing special. you get a lot of it, but I wouldn't order it unless you're getting something to put on it.
overall, pretty good, but not something I would get all the time.
