The tacos tasted like pure salt really disappointed. The burrito had one sliver of chicken in it but plenty of beans lol won't be ordering from again sadly. And I was excited to have some rolled taco's like we use to get when we were stationed in California too :(

First Fish Taco from anywhere, and I liked it. Sub'd lettuce for cabbage and left off the Pico entirely - thankful that's an option! Corn tortillas could've been toasted a few seconds longer, but it was good. After eating taco, I was full and sorry that I'd ordered Fajita Style Taco Salad instead of churro, but I tried it anyway. Entirely too much cheese for me, but I'm sure others would like that. Steak was chopped small, where I prefer real strips of meat. Got the Chips & Salsa for the salsa because I like it on taco salad, which was HUGE, by the way! I'll give West Coast Taco Shop another try, now that I know how to order.

Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again. The food I received was not what was advertised on DoorDash. The listing showed a Chicken Taco Salad in a bowl, but what I received was completely different. The shell bowl was not appetizing and was ultimately thrown away. The steak tacos were also extremely disappointing—the meat had practically no flavor.
The only things I actually enjoyed were the chips and cheese dip. Otherwise, the food was lacking flavor overall. The lettuce, tomato, and avocado were extremely watery and honestly tasted like straight water. It was not enjoyable at all.
What made the experience worse was the customer service when I called. I spoke with a female employee who repeatedly said “sorry,” but it felt like she was brushing off my concerns and simply blaming DoorDash for the pictures on the app. I understand DoorDash displays the restaurant’s menu, but the restaurant is responsible for the food it prepares and should make sure its menu accurately represents what customers are actually receiving.
I will say that DoorDash was much more helpful in addressing the situation than the restaurant was, which I really appreciated.
I honestly should have stuck with La Fondita El Grill / Los Hermanos. They have great customer service, their food is flavorful, and when something does go wrong, they are understanding and willing to make it right. I’ve had much better experiences with them.
Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be ordering from here again. I hope the restaurant takes the feedback seriously and considers updating the DoorDash listing and, more importantly, improving the food and customer service.

One of the best choices for my gremlins. I have a very picky eater, only chicken and queso on his Fajita Nachos (nailed it). It may not seem like a big deal but that simple request is usually messed up. It was a lot of food. We ordered steak Fajita Style Taco Salad, California Burrito, Chicken Quesadilla, chicken Fajita Style Taco Salad, and Fajita Nachos (special request)
