• 2/6/24The pretzels were still warm and a little crispy. Went very well with our hot coffee. The order was left at the front door instead of the back door as requested in the instructions.

• 8/7/25I ordered the Sinful Cinnamon Pretzel and the Original Pretzel with Butter and Salt and both were terrible. They were not fresh, they were very hard and dry. I am very disappointed

• 2/11/22The original salted butter pretzel barely had salt and it was dry. The cinnamon pretzel was very tasty. Hopefully the OG pretzel is redeemed next time I decide to get pretzels.
