Omg. Best pretzel in town. Someone complain about theirs coming black, ours did to and all it did was add texture, no burnt flavor. Soooo sooo good. The mozzarella ones are amazing. Sad I have my husband the majority of our order. We LOVE this place so much and I don't even usually eat bready stuff!! Can't rave enough!

Every  single item I got was burned black. I got two regular pretzels, one pretzel hot dog and one cheddar pretzel. There was hardly any salt on the pretzels. Everything was stuffed into a tiny sack and smashed. A total waste of money.

I saw reviews saying the pretzels were burnt on the bottom, but mine weren’t burnt at all. The bottom was just darker than I expected and still tasted great. The pizza sauce and jalapeño cheddar cheese dip were both really good with the Wetzel Bitz with Butter and Salt and the Original Pretzel with Butter and Salt. I’d order again.

I get the pretzel bites and cheese dip, the pretzels tasted mildly burnt and the cheese dip tasted old (it's prepackaged and just warmed). Portion was good for price, but I will not be ordering again.

Everything came perfect! Perfectly moist bites and pretzel and the portions were huge. Everything was nicely cooked and nothing burnt or undercooked!
