Pizza A La Vodka From Chef Max Robbins of Lettuce Entertain You
Best giardiniera tavern-style pizza. No notes. We got a large cheese with mild giardiniera. The peppers were perfectly salty and crunchy. We got it cooked “well done” so the cheese was almost caramelized in some places, and perfectly melty in others. Best of both worlds.
