The gravy was tasty but the biscuits were smashed flat. Whataburger used to be known to be slow in service but outstanding quality. They are no longer the store they used to be I know they have finally lost all of the good points they have earned with me over the years.

How do you let a burger and fries leave the restaurant that is this bad? Burger had no seasoning and was very dry. Fries were so old and soggy and the restaurant is literally 2 miles from my house and my driver got it here in 4 minutes. so it was not the delivery persons fault.

Barely any ketchup on the burger, ordered 2 medium fries. If I put both of them together, I might have had an actual order of fries. This is the second time I have ordered Whatabutger through DD and have had issues.

order was wrong. the fries were very cold, the dasher had no choice really since whataburger packs the cold with the hot together. drinks are huge, my fault there I forgot how massive their large drink is. the Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger Whatameal® was good but way way to big for me and they didn't do my requested no cheese. all in all typical but wouldn't get again. dashers need to notice when someone has a storm door and not put orders directly in front of the door. thx
