no straw for my drink, no way to customize and get no ice in my drink, fry box only half way full, brown and soft lettuce on my sandwich. worst whataburger experience I've had in a long time.

Way too much sausage on these. It should be made with more eggs and less sausage like other locations. This has happened before.

The food was actually warm. First time ever! It was fresh and tasty today. We love whataburger but, in the last few years, it is always cold. Today, lukewarm but good. They need to figure out how to make those buns hot. Would be perfect. e

My burger was cold, and it taste like a ton of sugar was poured at the bottom of my sweet tea. I took my first sip, and immediately had a mouth full of grains or  particle that felt like coffee grounds , suppose it was sugar.
