• 1/5/26Awesome service. Called for a special request. Unfortunately, whataburger discontinued a sauce. But in all, the staff called me back to confirm they didn't have it when the first time they thought they did. Not a problem with me, I'd prefer them to be honest than to expect the order a certain way and not come like that at all.

• 2/6/26every ttime I order through door dash they forget the fries they only put 2 chicken strips instead of the three. I order onion rings and they are not in the order.

• 9/29/25only 1 meal came witg fries im missing 1 large fries and soicy sauce and onion rings are not even crispy they are dry and soft
