Never fails!!! ALWYAS gotta miss something on the burgers!! Got a sweet and spicy bacon burger and they forgot the grilled onions ? It literally brings the burger together. Order from Old 83 or Texas , this location is trash. I tried ordering breakfast old dried eggs , black sausage , smh do better.

Never fails to mess up something on every order. They charged me extra for egg on and look how thin and plastic it looks. Also the biscuit was hard as a rock. I understand sometimes they mess up , but every order is crazy. Do better. If I had my car I would have went to old 83 location.

Terrible! And the large fries is basically a small. It's all cold and the sausage is burger meat! I will NEVER order from here again. I'm also missing the extra gravy I paid for.

My fries were terribly cold.and i paid for a large and got a medium serving in a box..the burger was just ok a lil dry lacking veggies...

No napkins or straw and the fries look and taste like they were made yesterday. They're stale and soggy.
