Got the Whataburger® Patty Melt and it was so salty I couldn't eat it. My husband got the #5 Bacon & Cheese Whataburger® Whatameal® and it was the same and the fries were old and soggy not fresh at all. 36.00 down the drain!

I'm in town on business and was excited to get a salad. I order a Cobb salad. Horrible! No egg, no bacon. chicken was just thrown on a huge bed of lettuce and a pinch of cheese. I ordered and PAID for extra dressing.. didn't get it. I ordered a side of onion rings that were pieces obviously left over. The worst. You could tell someone just did not care that just paid $20 for this meal. Not okay!!

The fries I received were mostly small pieces. The size of the box was correct but there were very few decent sized fries in it.

Dasher communicated there was a delay with my Whataburger® Patty Melt Whatameal® (which is totally fine, I wasn't in a rush). They picked up the order and came directly to my house. I say this because the food I recieved was stale.
The fries were luke warm and very obviously expired/dead/stale. They were maybe refried for a minute, but they packed my fry cup to the brim with stale fries that had a gritty, spongey texture and oily taste (something reheating does not fix).
The burger was fine, not hot, but the inedible fries ruined the overall meal. I've had refried fries before, but there is a difference between quickly refrying recently made fries, and giving out dead food (i.e., 5+ minutes old) that should have been thrown away.
With a delay in the food being made, you would assume the food you recieve had been freshly made and given out - not scraped together.

Triple meat Whataburger was great. It was warm and cooked to perfection. My order was messed up and I got apple slices instead of fries. I'm allergic to apples lol. It could have been my mistake but I will be sure and double check my order next time I order. Door Dash was great and very speedy.
