Food was not secured, bags were open. Food was cold. The #5 Bacon cheeseburger is
supposed to have 3 strips of bacon on it. Both burgers have one strip, cut into 3 pieces. The Onion Rings and French Fries are good, but cold. The Medium Shakes are good!

No gravy, I ordered 4 gravys. I called the store before I placed my order to ensure they had gravy and was told that if it's on the receipt its in the bag. That is not the case, and this isn't the first time.

Very clearly it does not have onions or ketchup on it. I tried calling the store a few times in a row to get it fixed and they did not answer. Also I was not given a straw for my drink.
The employees of Alabaster Whataburger need to learn how to pay attention to details.
