My wife ordered Whataburger last night and we were disappointed once again. My Honey BBQ Chicken sandwich toast was burnt and soggy. And the chicken strips in my sandwich were too bitter to eat. You could tell the grease had not been changed for some time. This location is going downhill fast.

Worst WhatABurger I've ever had. Bread stale. Hardly any veggies...ie lettuce, tomatoe etc. lettuce was old and limp.
I would kindly request you refund my money.

The dasher was lovely and I thank her for her time and effort but this #1 Whataburger® is not even close to the base level standard of the busiest inner-city whataburger. Onion Rings were clearly undercooked so they had no chance of being anything close to par. Burger was desert dry and somehow squishy at the same time. This location has continually and consistently gone downhill.
At this point you might as well be McDonald's....
a place that I avoid like the plague. Shame!

Fries are amazing and sweet tea is never disappointing. But the burger this time...I don't know who was in charge of putting mayo on it but they definitely missed the mark. I may as well have ordered it dry. And the minimal amount of lettuce was a bummer as well. Meat and cheese are all that saved this from getting lower stars. So not the norm for this location!

Whataburger® Patty Melt Whatameal®and fries both were barely warm. Fries were soggy and chewy; the cheese in the sandwich was more gooey than melted. I've had both of these items before and they were much better than on this order.
