the food is amazing! onlysuggestion is toput numbers on the bag and receipt with corresponding number. we hada big order and it would make it easier to find food for the person that ordered it. it was fresh and has more than enough for a person. would order again butwe livein michigan.

They always forget the gravy!! I ordered (2) chicken tender meals w/ gravy for dipping, but didn't get gravy for either orders of chicken tenders...this is one of many times they have forgotten the gravy. Not sure why quality control doesn't check everything and make sure the customers are getting ALL ingredients in each meal :/

The order was for a plain cheeseburger and we received a plain burger. I feel like every time we order from door dash or another delivery company, there is something wrong with the order. It's so frustrating because when we go into the restaurant, the order is correct. Not sure where the disconnect is but I hope this helps it change for the better.

I ordered no onions on my #2 Double Meat Whataburger® Whatameal® but it seems like they put extra onions on mine. They gave it a "no onion" sticker. Kinda ruined the burger. Fries were soggy and not warm. #5 Bacon & Cheese Whataburger® Whatameal® was great though.

They forgot my chicken in my Apple Cranberry Chicken salad I was supposed to have for lunch today. So that’s disappointing. Last night’s burger, shake, and apple pie were delicious though.
