Food would have been good if it was my correct order. But that is no fault to Whataburger. Even though it was the wrong order, the burger was hot and fresh, as were the fries. Didn't get my drink either I assume it went to whomever got my order from my dasher incorrectly.

This meal was an expensive disappointment. The hamburger was dry, the bread, old tasting. Obviously the burger had been prepared for a. On rush, so no fresh taste. This is NOT the delicious Wataburger I used to get several years ago.
A shame. The rest of the meal was ok at best.

Cold food, old soggy fries and onion rings, dispensed diet drink instead of regular drink, no condiments or side ranch in bag (it was paid for)

las pedi grande y estaban a la mitad si las pidos pequeñas estarían basias. Otra cosa no estaban crujientes estaban mal fritas.

They never include specifically ordered ketchup, straws, napkins. Burger Pattie's were dry and old, singular slice of bacon. Generally just lack of care or effort. Nothing like it used to be.
