Food was way overcooked and dry. Hashbrowns were burnt and taste like old grease. Eggs in taquitos were so overcooked they were crumbly and just falling out.

Food was not freshly prepared & my large fry was half empty. It took a long time for the order to be ready for pickup, but when I received it, less than 15 min after my dasher picked it up the food was ice cold & fries were soggy.

Cindy was amazing!!! She helped me make sure my husband’s order was labeled and spoke with the receptionist to make sure he knew his order was there! It was a surprise for him and I appreciate her communicating with me the entire way! Thanks for your great service!

The oil was old and made my chicken strips and fries look dark brown and tasted burnt and not good.

There was no mustard, or grilled onions, and only one small dollop of the sweet and spicy sauce on the edge of one side of the burger. The cheese was cold and completely unmelted. Very disappointed
