Did Whataburger stop trying? I think we were served yesterday's French fries. Stale, limp and not cooked through (or maybe just THAT stale), nasty French fries. The chicken sandwiches were good. The fries were trash and always are at the Pleasanton store.
The delivery from door dash was excellent so I hope this review isn't negative against him, it's specifically the food.

Fries were very undercooked and mushy, burger was caked in grease so bad the wrapping was soggy.

the tea with my meal was disgusting. bottom of cup full of tea grounds and sugar. absolutely disgusting.

It seems the service here is getting worse. No fries with this order. Missing ingredients the last order. How hard is it to check to make sure that the fries get in the bag? This used to be my go to...now I probably won't get anything from here for quite some time.
