I ordered cheese, no cheese on my burger. Was extremely dry. Sloppy construction and my patties were split and choppy.Ordered a large onion ring, recieved a half full order. Drink was not sealed.

Ordered the #1 meal with GRILLED ONIONS and not regular onions. Every time I order this , it is NEVER correct. The burger is not tasteful to me when it has regular onions. I would not want to order again if this issue continues. Portion is okay. Freshness is okay.

Honestly, this Whataburger is abysmal in the evening. Avoid if you can. They never follow instructions, and as a woman needing gallbladder removal, I'm very limited in what I can order. I chose the Garden Salad with grilled chicken. GRILLED. This is the 3rd time now that they have put fried chicken on my salad. I cannot have fried foods. They never give me the salad dressing, or they always mess it up and give me the wrong dressing that isn't fat free. In the day time.. order here. In the evening, avoid avoid. Not only do they not follow my instructions, but my husbands meal was awful as well. I pay for the cheese, they don't add cheese, I pay for extra sauces, they don't add them. I pay for large fries, they give regular. I pay for large drinks, they give the wrong size and wrong drink. Just... quit the job if you don't like it and quit making your customers suffer.

gave us multipe of the wrong drinks ordered a sweet tea and got dr peppers ! drinks were also flat ! Fries were overly cooked hard and half way full on arrival!
