I was disappointed with this order. I usually enjoy the patty melt, but this time the toast was burnt and the sandwich tasted very bland. I also ordered an apple pie, which was overcooked and burnt as well, giving it an unpleasant charred flavor. Definitely not the quality I normally expect from Whataburger.

The burger was unseasoned the tomatoes were completely soggy and almost disintegrated. Nothing was fresh and the drink was flat

Never received the Hot Apple Pies.
Bad oil used in the frying oil last night. My #12 Spicy Chicken Sandwich and both Onion Rings tasted bad and were a deep dark brown with a hard texture to them.
My wife just gave birth earlier that day and this was the first thing she wanted, imagine how happy she is.
