My triple meat burger was absolutely perfect, made just like I asked. Fries came crispy and they even gave me a large drink instead of the medium with my meal.

for whatever reason they can't ever get the order fully right, no matter what I order.
almost every order I have gotten has been off. drinks being poor by not swapping out the syrup cartridges resulting into it being a gross flavored water. Our Burgers never turn out the way we paid for them, like topping being wrong is the primary issue.
anytime I've gone during the day time or through the drive through I have no issue. but the nights staff needs to be in check

The burgers were great, but the fries were so old. If I'm gonna pay upwards of 80 dollars for food for my family, I'd like for them to at least drop some fresh fries.

Cant tell you how many times the order is messed up late at night. Maybe they need to hire more people to help during these hours
