One of my new favorite places. Wish they offered tea by the gallon, best I've tasted so far.

First time ordering from here. Unfortunately it's going to have to be the last. Super disappointed at the cash I just shelled out to try something new that was so so bad. To the store's credit they added everything I asked for and the sandwich arrived correctly, so I'm not giving 1 star, but man the quality here is just insanely sub par for the price. I got one of the large sandwiches so there was an upcharge to make this thing ring in at $17. While I expected a giant restaurant quality sub I instead got a decently sized sub I could have bought pre-made for $8 or $9 at the Walmart deli section. The bread was too thick and constantly crumbled apart. The American cheese was quite literally just like someone took a Kraft single or two and broke it apart all over the sandwich. While that is technically American cheese, every other sub place I've been to has used some nicer variant of white American cheese (such as subway), and at minimum would leave the cheese slices intact?? What's more is (and I've got photos attached) they advertise this in photos as having real full pieces of bacon and the turkey/ham looks like it's all put together. Instead I got cheap bacon bits like you'd find at a salad bar, and for some reason once again much like the cheese the meat was shredded into bits all over the sandwich?? All of this is to say I appreciate the workers because they made my sandwich to order technically, but what the franchise advertises this sandwich to be is NOT what you get. Insanely cheap quality for a restaurant price. Skip out on these guys and just pick up your sub from a Jersey Mikes, Jimmy John's, or heck even Subway and you'll be happier. That or just pick up some hoagie rolls, Oscar Meyer turkey/ham, budget cold salad bacon bits, and make this one at home 2 or 3 times over to the tune of $10

I really like Which Wich, but how in the world does this 1-inch pile of chips count as an order of chips? and because special requests aren't allowed online, there is so much mustard on my sandwich I can barely taste the turkey. I can scrape it off, but really shouldn't have to.

Fries were barely cooked, the sub's bread was stale and crumbly, and there was barely any filling/dressing in the sub.
