People are so quick to leave bad reviews but when everything is all good, they tend to not leave that positive feedback so I wanna give props to this location and say I was honestly shocked ordering at 4AM with over 10+ items and the store remembered every single thing down to the sauces. Drinks, desserts, sauces --- got 'em all! The 1912 burger was too soggy because of additional toppings which ended up backfiring and ruining the burger by time it arrived but that's on me for ordering lettuce/tomato on delivery when I knew it would sit a bit. My only complaint is how WC links their burgers to bag them. I'm sure it's to keep them hot but it ends up steaming the burgers as they sit in the bag making them soggy. Also, the hash brown were DRENCHED in oil. Reheating them turned them into one giant *disgusting* oily *glob* of potato. Threw them right out. Other than that, I was super stoked as an out of towner who never gets White Castle! Thank you so much for knocking it out of the park! The fish nibblers were DELICIOUS! Get them if you're debating!

Also I ordered a Fanta strawberry I didn't get. Shrimps were cold and very oily. Shake was warm and half way. I got 3 mozzarella sticks I didn't order so didn't get onion rings. Sliders bread was hard to even bite!!! Very disappointing

Compared to other locations I've tried this location makes these burgers the worst. I think it has more to do with the freshness of the ingredients I think. They don't have a lot of turnovers with the ingredients and use old oil to make the burgers I think. Never again.

The good news is that they finally added packs of ketchup to my order, the bad news, is that the order wasn't worth ordering.
The top buns were tasteless old & stale, I had to throw most of my order into the garbage. the Quality is not Consistent at this white castle and they could use Constant Consistent Quality Control, not to mention the soft, tasteless rubbery fries.
