White castles food is always hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned/flavored. Their drinks are always fresh, with a great taste, not ever flat.

Burger patties were burnt like they had been overcooked or were old. Buns were stale. If they bother to send the cheese cup sides at all, they don't even fill them half way. This location is garbage, order from one of the others.

The Burgers had a bland taste along with dry and there was barely any cheese on the Burgers, the Chicken Rings tasted bland.

OMG
My Hubs doesn't like White Castle. WTH? Anyway, I used to live 30 minutes away from a White Castle without door dash. now, I get WC whenever we eat separately via door dash. it seems to be made with love. Thanks, Louisville! super great sliders and fantastic shakes!!

they left cheese ( mozzarella sticks ) out of Parmesan chicken slider combo and the napkins were hurried stuffed in bag all balled up. other than this incidence, White Castle has been one of the very best. Maybe it's the heat🫤
