The 1921 slider was everything. The customer service however lacked severely. I usually call in and ask them to put everything on my burgers which is ketchup and mustard... The lady manager is wonderful, sweet, and always fulfills what you ask. The male manager is a liar who just tries to get you off the phone, I am so disappointed in him.

my burgers tasted old and even the onions tasted old and dried out. I was so disappointed this morning. usually White Castle is my go to place when I want something quick to eat. unfortunately I probably will not be ordering from this particular White Castle.

I literally just ordered 2 items. The GOOEY BUTTERCAKE CAL 220 (sweet tooth) and the BUTTERMILK SHRIMP NIBBLERS . My order just got delivered and the bag was extra lightweight. Tell me why do I only have the shrimps? Wow. $10 to get 1/2 items I ordered. Terrible service. At least the shrimps are still hot, I guess.

All the items were very satisfactory. It's still surprising how very small sliders can be so filling like a big sandwich can be.

The chicken rings were more like chicken pieces & who wants to eat chicken rings without the dipping sauce. & Lemonade tasted funky might wanna change it out.
