Store charges extra for cheese sauce only available as an add-on to some sides but you never actually get it despite paying for it, and chicken rings are almost always overcooked. Other than that food is almost always hot and consistent.

I get food late cause of my job. I always ordered taco bell or McDonald's and im almost always given the wrong food or the food is just awful quality. This White Castle store will give you the same good thing you order the exact same way everytime. The one place I can go and never get an incorrect order. Keep it up!

Ordered a sack of 10 pretty late, would have been midnight shift. I'm only a mile away but I don't have a car and a walk wasn't happening that time of night. So, I placed the order and the ETA was 15-20 minutes, I was in the process of accepting text alerts and changing my number when I was notified my order was completed, the driver was on his way and I now only had a 10-15 minute wait. Before finishing, the driver had picked it up and was on his way. The whole thing took 10 minutes tops, my food was hot, fresh, and just what I had been craving! 5 stars for Hannah and her crew(I called and complimented as well) for the late night snack as fast as anyone could have even expected! ❤️❤️
