I ordered a Pepper Cheesesteak, It's strange I didn't get any peppers on my steak or anything else I added on it. But the sandwich still tasted good. Just would like it to be what I ordered and paid for since someof the things I added I was charged for.

the bread is good but the sandwich was lacking with steak and overwhelmed by the other toppings. it was like the amount of toppngs for a half sandwich thinly spread across a whole. There was also way too much mayo, more than cheese.it was like having a lettuce tomato and mayo sandwich topped with a bit of steak and cheese. very disappointing.

Loaded Philly Fries was everything being from Chicago I was really pleased. I posted on fb and ig. the portion was huge and great price. they were soooooood.

I'm reaching out with some feedback about an order I placed tonight through DoorDash. I ordered two Philly cheesesteaks: a Texas Philly for myself and an Original Philly with several toppings for my wife. Unfortunately, what we received was far from what we expected.
My sandwich came with barely any meat, no bacon, a single onion ring, no slaw, and was extremely dry due to no cheese whit even though I asked for it—all on a piece of bread that was rock-hard. My wife's Philly had a a mountain of lettuce, very little meat (moreeeee lettuce), and none of the toppings she had requested. To add to the confusion, someone at your restaurant labeled the sandwiches, but they were mislabeled.
I’m genuinely surprised by the quality and attention to detail in this experience. Could someone help clarify what happened here?

$22 for a cheesesteak with extra steak and cheese and half of the roll was without anything on it
