we had a group order and the store placed both orders in a divided box rather than individual boxes. one person ordered celery and ranch and both were tossed into the side with wet seasoned wings.
*side note: customers need the option to select just one sauce or the same sauce for whole order. I left note but store did not read it.
*another side note: provide descriptions of available sauces to help new customers decide

This place has fallen way off. Ordered wings and shrimp. Chewy shrimp, wings were mushy. Never again.

Was missing half the items in my order. No sauce on the grilled feathers so they were just dry, plain grilled chicken. No dipping sauces that were ordered. No drink that was ordered. No side that came with the feathers. Terrible experience.
