I am a chef myself professionally, and I am very picky. The chicken breast was cooked perfectly!
Everything was seasoned properly, spanish rice and black beans tasted fresh and clean...even the roasted sweet potatoes were fresh and still had good texture, they weren't overly steamed or mushy.
I did get the wrong cookie, but I'm not even upset because it was still REALLY good! Worth every penny.

The half bird, especially the breast portion, while fairly juicy on previous deliveries, was flavorful, but a bit dry this time out. The brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes sides were perfect, and vastly superior to sides of other chicken places.

CHICKEN TINGA MARKET PLATE is a must! I had the chicken tinga plate and it was incredible—spicy, fresh, and perfectly balanced with the sweet potatoes. The portions are generous, everything tastes super fresh, and it’s so good I’ve already ordered again (and again). Highly recommend!

CHICKEN TINGA MARKET PLATE is delicious! Especially worth it if you snag a B1G1.
BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER was not good at all. Sauce was too thick. Texture similar to spaghetti sauce and the cauliflower was not cooked enough.
