I ordered Dark Dinner ( 2 or 3 Pcs) I chose the option for 2 thighs and 1 drumstick. The food arrived room temp . Chicken crispy but bland . I was given 2 packs of hot 🔥 sauce which was needed and used and 2 packs of ketchup. I prefer bland chicken to greasy chicken any day of the week . The order of fries received was two hands ✋🏽 ✋🏽 = 10 long fries 😆😁.

The 2pc White Dinner ( 2 Pcs) was not good at all. I was hoping the food would've come from a different location. This one, needs to be evaluated. Chicken is always dry, overcooked and the ketchup is old.

My chicken was old and cold. So old that you could smell it. My chicken leg had black gunk on it from the top of the leg to the bottom. I also didn't ask for dark meat, I wanted White Dinner ( 3 Pcs).

The chicken didn't have any flavor and looked old...its not the Williams Chicken from back in the day. it was not good at all

I ordered a white (3 pcs) dinner, and I received 2 thighs and a wing. The fries were cold and hard, and the drink was flat. They usually have really good food, but they missed the mark today.
